We have worked to make the site as easy to use as possible but let’s face it…there’s a lot going on. You have Player Profiles and School Channel’s not to mention that whole Prep Sport Fantasy League thing. We really want everyone to find what they need and we’ll continue to build our resources to address questions that are common in the community. In the meantime, if you have questions and/or suggestion, the best way to contact us is by email at help@prepsportfantasy.com.
We work to get to all emails within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. You shouldn’t be kept waiting for answers. What are some commons areas that we get questions on?
Setting Up Accounts
There are two type of accounts that can be set-up…Player Profiles and Fan Accounts. They’re slightly different in terms of what’s needed but both give you a ticket into the big game..Prep Sport Fantasy League action. You can access the page to set up either account as well as log in for existing members from our Register/Log-in Page. We wanted one nice spot to get started or access any of the accounts. If you have questions about setting up accounts or if you are running into some difficulty with the system, definitely let us know. We want to get you set up quickly and easily so you can get started on your league!
Uploading Prep Sport content and stats
Both players and fans can link videos to their profile or school through their favorite 3rd party source such as YouTube or Vimeo. We try to make the process easy but if you need help with the links, first check out our “Uploading Prep Sport Videos” page. If you can’t find your answer there, definitely shoot us a line with your question at help@prepsportfantasy.com It’s easy to set up an account at YouTube, Vimeo, or the major video hosting sites and built in protection and compression works for everybody. Please see their sites for help in setting up their account, uploading videos, and locating the link needed to post within PrepSportFantasy site.
Stats are entered by the individual players (or their adoring helpers). It’s important to enter accurate information as other players/fans can contest info that’s incorrect. Try to enter info as quickly as possible so that the leagues will reflect your update. Please check out our page on Prep Sport Stats Keeping or email us with questions/comments you have.
Finally, Prep Sport Fantasy League
The real reason we’re here anyway. Lots of questions pop up on this part of the site and deservedly so…it’s pretty cool! We have lots of pages on how the Fantasy Leagues work but we might just miss something. Our goal is the make the Fantasy Leagues as easy and fun as possible so please let us know if something or someone is getting in the way of this.
Finally, we love to get suggestions from our community. You’d be surprised how many cool parts of PrepSportFantasy.com started with a fan writing, “Wouldn’t it be cool if…” We’re not going to add all of them (after all, prep ping pong isn’t ready for prime time yet) but some of your suggestions will get online. That’s what a community is all about. Also, let us know if you find glitches or things that drive you nuts. We want you to go nuts with PrepSportFantasy.com but for the right reasons.
